Our commitment
Soaringwebs Pty Ltd aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or device. We design and build to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Accessibility is something we work on continuously, not a one-off audit. If you find a barrier, we want to know.
What we do
Semantic HTML — every page is built with proper landmarks, headings, and roles so screen readers can navigate it.
Keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
Colour contrast — body text and interactive elements meet at least WCAG AA contrast ratios.
Reduced motion — users who request reduced motion (via OS settings) get static, non-animated versions of UI.
Alt text — images that convey meaning have descriptive alternative text.
Forms — labels are associated with their inputs and validation errors are announced to assistive tech.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (e.g. external booking widgets) may not meet our standard. We choose vendors carefully and re-evaluate annually.
PDF documents we share may not be fully accessible. We can provide alternative formats on request.
Tell us when we miss something
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site — broken keyboard focus, missing alt text, low contrast, screen reader confusion, anything — please email [email protected] and tell us:
1. The page (URL).
2. What you were trying to do.
3. What happened (or didn't).
We aim to respond within two business days and to fix the issue within ten business days where practical.
Yearly re-audit
Every twelve months we run a full accessibility audit using a combination of automated tooling (Lighthouse, axe-core) and manual screen-reader testing. Findings are tracked and remediated as part of our ongoing care.
