These terms cover use of the soaringwebs.com website. Project and retainer engagements with Soaringwebs Pty Ltd are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use this site for lawful purposes — to read about our services, request a quote, or book a call. You may not attempt to interfere with site security, scrape content for commercial reuse, or impersonate us.

We provide the site "as is" and reserve the right to update content at any time without notice.

Quotes provided through this site or by email are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing is fixed in a signed proposal before any work begins.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

All site content (text, design, code, illustrations) is owned by Soaringwebs Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may share links and short quotes with attribution.

When we deliver client projects, you (the client) own the final code, design, and copy on payment in full. That ownership is set out in the project agreement, not these site terms.

This site may link to third-party websites (e.g. Google, meetapoint.com, our clients). We are not responsible for content or practices on those sites.

Soaringwebs Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Brisbane.
