No follow-up spam, no pushy sales pitches, no pretending we're right for every job.

Most agencies are vague about what happens on the "discovery call" because they want it to be a sales pitch in disguise. Here's ours, broken down so you know exactly what you're booking.
We open with introductions. No 'tell me about your pain points', no fake rapport. Just a quick read on who you are and what kind of business you're running.
You walk us through what you're trying to do. The site, the goal, the channels you've tried, the budget you're considering. We take notes, ask sharp questions.
We tell you, on the call, whether we think we can help — and what we'd recommend as a starting point. If we're not the right fit, we say so. If we are, we say what we'd quote.
Either we agree on a written quote turnaround (usually within 5 business days), or you walk away with our take and zero pressure. We don't follow up unless you ask us to.

Ask us anything →No. We don't have a sales script and we don't get commissions. The call is information for both of us — you decide whether we're the right fit, and we decide whether we can actually help.
We'll tell you, on the call, and recommend who can. We have a short list of other AU studios we trust for specific things (e.g. video production, very large e-commerce, app builds). No referral fees in either direction — we just like sending good work to good people.
Nothing. The call is free and you can hang up whenever. You'll only hear from us again if you specifically ask for a quote.
Yes. Forward them the calendar invite. We're happy with up to four people on the call. More than that and we'll suggest splitting into a discovery call + a separate decision-maker call.
Click the link in the calendar invite, pick a new slot. Same-day reschedules are fine; we'd just rather you reschedule than no-show.
Only if you ask us to. Default is no. If you want a recording for a co-founder or board member who can't make it, we'll record and send the file via secure link, deleted after 30 days.
We answer our own emails. We pick up our own phone. If we can't help you we'll tell you who can.
