Local search

Google Business Profile.
The cheapest local-search win nobody bothers to do properly.

Most local businesses leave their Google Business Profile in the same state Google auto-created it five years ago. We rebuild it: photos, services, posts, reviews, Q&A — and a request flow that turns every completed job into a review.

Fit check

Who this is for — and isn't.

Right fit
  • You serve a defined geography — a suburb, a city, a 30-minute drive radius. GBP is map-based; if your business isn't locational, it's not for you.
  • You can take five minutes a week to respond to reviews. Unanswered reviews — especially negative ones — read worse than no reviews at all.
  • You have at least a few real customers willing to leave honest reviews. The first 10 reviews are the hardest; we have a system for getting them.
  • You want to show up in the local pack (the map block) and on Google Maps when someone searches your category nearby.
Not the fit
  • You're a national e-commerce brand. GBP rewards local proximity; if you ship from a warehouse, this isn't your channel.
  • You can't commit to ongoing review responses. A neglected GBP listing actively hurts you — it's not a "set and forget" asset.
  • You'd rather buy fake reviews. We won't do this. Google's detection is getting better and the suspensions are getting longer.
  • You don't have a physical address. GBP needs a verified location; service-area businesses work, but you need a street address Google can confirm.

We'd rather lose the sale on the call than waste your money pretending. If you're unsure which side you're on, book a 15-minute call and we'll tell you straight.

Why it matters

The work behind the deliverables.

The local pack is the new homepage

For "patio builder near me", "dentist Brisbane", "plumber Logan" — the three Google Maps results above the organic listings get most of the clicks. GBP is the only way into that block.

Reviews compound, like SEO

Each new genuine review is a citation Google trusts. Twelve months of consistent review collection puts a small business above competitors with twice the marketing budget but neglected profiles.

How it works

No mystery. No padding.

Week 1

Audit + rebuild

Categories, attributes, services, photos, opening hours, service areas.

Week 2

Automate

Post-job review-request flow, weekly posting cadence, Q&A coverage.

Month 2+

Compound

Reviews compound. Local pack rankings improve. Phones start ringing.

FAQ

The ones we always get.

  • With automation in place, expect 1–3 reviews per week of completed jobs. Compounded over a year, that rebuilds a quiet profile into a trust-signal one.
