Is the instant audit the same as the hand-reviewed one?
The instant view shows headline grades + the top issues — useful but automated. When you submit your email, Mitch hand-reviews the same site within 24 hours and sends a PDF with screenshots, prioritisation, and the strategic fixes the automated pass misses.
How accurate are the instant scores?
They come from Google's PageSpeed Insights running against your live site, plus our own HTML checks. Same numbers Google uses to rank you. Where the instant view is honest about its limits: it's a single-page snapshot, not a multi-page crawl.
Do I need an existing site, or can it be a draft?
Live sites work best. For staging sites (just send the URL + password) or Figma designs, request the hand-reviewed PDF — the instant scan needs a public URL.
Will you bug me after the audit?
No. You get the report, then we go quiet. If you want to talk about implementing any of the fixes, you reach out — we won't chase you. Promise.
What if the audit shows my site is fine?
Then we say so. We've sent audits with two paragraphs of findings because there genuinely wasn't more to fix. We don't pad with fake issues to justify having done the work.
Can I share the PDF with my team?
Yes. It's yours to do with as you please. The license is roughly 'use it however you want as long as you don't resell our methodology under your name'. Practical: forward to anyone you want.
